Brook is a fun girl that loves to play as much as she loves to nap in a soft and sunny spot. She listens well to directions and knows when it's time to go to her pen for the evening. She is a hassle-free, stress-free older puppy that is still waiting for her forever home.

She has been at the rescue since she was just a month old and now she's 10 months old and still there. As wonderful and safe as the rescue is, it's not a forever home. Please give this sweet girl the forever home she deserves.

We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit rescue. Your information in our application is not shared and is standard protocol for adoption.

All of our dogs have age-appropriate vaccinations. If over 6 months old, they are spayed or neutered. If under 6 months, the adopter is responsible for having that done between 6 and 10 months of age, and we can offer some low-cost options. Dogs are microchipped with lifetime free membership, dewormed, and go home with a 3 to 5 day dewormer. Any known medical conditions are disclosed to the best of our ability.

Adults are heartworm tested and their status is disclosed. Please don't let heartworm-positive dogs deter you—ask us and we will gladly explain the slow kill process.

If you are out of state or out of area, that is not a problem. We do offer relay transport for a small additional fee to cover health certificates required for private interstate travel and additional vetting required.
